If something’s off, report it here so we can fix it ASAP.

Common Member Questions & Quick Fixes

  • Use the remote located on the white TrackMan table in front of the lounge.

    Point it directly upwards at the projector and press the Power button.

    At the end of your session, please turn it off:

    • Point the remote at the projector

    • Press the Standby button twice

    • After the first press, a prompt will appear on screen asking you to confirm.

    • Press Standby again to shut it down properly.

  • When it comes to the electronics, things can get a little tricky.

    If the TV isn’t working, please report it using the form below and we’ll take care of it.

  • If you enter a sim and see any damage—whether it’s to the turf, screen, walls, equipment, or anything else—please report it immediately using the form.

  • If you walk into a bay and find trash, leftover bottles, or the space hasn’t been cleaned up, please let us know using the form below.

    We want to make sure the facility stays clean and the experience is great for everyone. We’ll address it promptly.

  • Toilet paper is stored in the janitor’s closet, located at the end of the restroom hallway.

    If you’re comfortable doing so, feel free to grab a roll and restock. Otherwise, report it using the form below and we’ll take care of it.
