    Using the wrong simulator creates a ripple effect that can impact multiple members’ bookings — not just the next person, but the next two, three, or more after that.

  • No — all sessions must be booked in advance.

    Eight Under runs on a smart access system. The smart door only unlocks if you have an active membership and a valid booking. Even if you’re a member, the door won’t open unless you’ve booked a time.

  • The best way to experience Eight Under is to actually use it, not just walk through it.

    There are plenty of pictures of the facility online and a tour on YouTube — you’ll see it’s a clean, modern facility loaded with top-tier TrackMan tech. A walkthrough won’t tell you much.

    If you want to try it out, the best move is to become an Aussie member for $97.

    That gets you 2 hours of sim time, access to discounted booking rates, and all the member-only perks going forward.

    Could you theoretically just rent 2 hours for $120? Sure. But why would you, when $97 gets you the same time plus the benefits?

    You might not be a TrackMan wizard on day one — but you’ll get a feel for the space, the flow, and the experience. And if you love it? Keep using your membership or upgrade to more access anytime.

  • All memberships are individual and cannot be shared.

    That said, Aussie Plus and Aussie VIP offer a spouse/household add-on option:

    • Aussie Plus Add-On: $50/month

    • Aussie VIP Add-On: $100/month

    Your spouse/household member gets their own membership, their own access, and their own booking ability — valid as long as the add-on fee is paid and the primary membership remains active.

  • No. The system doesn’t allow you to split your daily access. If your membership allows one or two hours per day, it must be used as a single continuous session.

  • You can always purchase additional sim time at discounted member rates. The system will recognize your membership and booking and grant access accordingly.
